Package was torn in transit from the fat wood rubbing on the plastic. Didnt receive full order as a few sticks fwll out in transit.

I am very happy with this purchase. First, the owner, Steve, responded very quickly to my message to him when I purchased this item. I was burned (no pun intended) by another vendor selling me crummy "fatwood" and told him of my concerns. He assured me that the quality would be high. Second, he was correct. The fatwood is silky and smooth when you shave it and thoroughly saturated with natural resins and has a wonderful smell that you never tire of. I will definitely buy from Steve again! We don't have this kind of pine here in the PNW so I'd rather buy it than travel 100 miles to fetch for myself - and this is great stuff. The lighter was fun too. Although the flame is not adjustable and burns heartily, it makes for a great novelty and is definitely a "bushcraft" gadget! Thank you Kaeser Wilderness! See you again!

This is especially unique you never know where life will take you ? This is great to keep in my Chevy weather camping or stranded this wilderness shop has legit everything you could possibly need to save the day!
