Ferro Rod Fatwood Handle Striker Handmade Survival Tinder Camping Backpacking

This ferro rod and scraper set comes with a handle made of fatwood for built-in fatwood dust tinder. Use the scraper to scrape fatwood dust from the handle, use the striker on your ferro rod to light the dust, and you've got a flame. Fatwood lights hotter and faster than most wood because it's naturally soaked in the tree's resin, and with this ferro rod/striker set you'll always have enough to get a fire going. The handle is cut from dead pine stumps left after logging, we never cut live trees. Use for all kinds of fires, wood stoves, camp fires, fireplaces, barbecues and more.
